basic rendering 101?

Hello CGPinoy community! moderators and greetings to all co-members! I am a revit arch user at frequent user ng 3ds max design
Kakajoin ko lang yesterday and i discovered this site from NC ( baka isa sya sa moderators)This is my first hands-on revit model exported to max design and rendered basically with mental ray. Superimposed to actual site with PS.It is not much like or even close to the renders i saw on the previous posts. Critiques are welcome and will be accepted them constructively.

ang gamit kong system:
asus motherboard
intel quadcore 2.33 Ghz
nvidia N9500GT 1gig
22" hp monitor

nice sir and welcome dito
malayo kasi yung structure more views siguro sir
nice lighting
change mo na din yung title

@akoy, sir ito po yung ibang views, share po kayo ng tips para ma improve ko pa mga renders ko (kung meron man proposals eventually)

galing ng first and second scene...realistic ang banat mo sir ianet...welcome po sa cgpinoy! more power po sa future renderings niyo...

maganda na yung output mo. 1st and 2nd image looks good yung 3rd image lang ang medyo naiba. be more consistent lang. tfs.

thanks for the issues pointed. Wala pa akong nakasanayang personal settings sa max, gamit ko lang lagi yung daylight system. the rest i leave to the render engine. Pero nang makita ko mga render dito, naku dami pa pala akong bigas na sasaing at kakainin! lol this is a great site to learn new techniques besides the the.area of Autodesk...
