Roadrunner Network Inc. is looking for eligible candidates for its upcoming in-house Autodesk Flame and Smoke training program. Autodesk Flame and Smoke are the leaders in creative editorial finishing for high-quality commercial and broadcast projects, and we are seeking highly-motivated and creative individuals to undergo training to join our talent pool of artists.

The training is open to anyone who has the following qualifications:
• At least 1-3 years commercials post-production experience on the Final Cut Pro/Avid/After Effects
• Experience with a node-based compositing software like Digital Fusion, Nuke or Shake is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, i.e. staff meetings, employee reviews, reporting, etc.
• Experience with PC and MAC platforms.
• Capable of developing effective relationships with clients, vendors and staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Able to prioritize and meet goals.
• Ability to work under the pressure of multiple deadlines and changing task priorities.
