First topic message reminder :

Good day cgp.. haven't posted in a while.. just want to post a practice render i did last weekend.. here's some info about the house design.. the living area of the house is elevated and the only areas on the ground floor would be service areas and the access to the 2nd floor in order to minimize the alteration of topography.. there are two water storage tanks located under the canopy, one is for the water storage tank of the house and the other one is for rain water collection. c&c's on both design and rendering are always welcome for my improvement. hope you guys like it.. thanks in advance.

Nice design Sir! Only crits would be the tiling on the grass and the area below the balcony where the grass should not be growing because it would not receive direct sunlight.
