I'll be starting a new thread here, and i hope all of us will contribute. Kindly post your very simple scene, or what you perceive that is simple.And this will also serve as a question and answer thread of how we attained something thats realy unique. Feel free to dig in some questions. Let me start.

I was about to make a new thread for my simple scene but i saw this one and i decided to just post it here.my simple share is a hall way in Tops Cebu. im not really familiar with this place at di pa ako naka punta dito, pero when i saw a picture of Tops in my friends photography napag tripan kong kopyahin kahit di ko gaanong makopya at iba yung material ng bato na nagamit ko dito.

post ko din tong practice ko pa using vray2sided material and two emissive lights...here i submerge a little part of lamp...para lang makita ko rin na may lights under water.

di ko pa sure kung tama tong practice ko,suggest na lang kayo kung ano pa kulang dito.

Papost ulit ako. Here's one done in scanline, just now..pampa antok lang...rendertime pala nito was 58 seconds @1024pixels.

Actually malupit lahat neh. Scanline Jedimaster Neal yun oh... Yung kay master ksilver parang any moment may knights templar na lalabas... Okay din yng CAD output ni Lightfoot oh... Yug kay master Bizkong kuhang kuha ahhh... Yung sa threadstarter ang panget ayaw ko sobrang parang picture na eh madaya dapat dina kasali dito yan sa everchuchu na yan...

@sir cloud, many thanks for the nice words, may sablay konti sa texturing, i'll do an update pag may libreng oras ako.
@zdesign: very nice sketchup output, caustics na lang kulang at panalong panalo na ito.

Di naman po master, he he he...very nice cad modelling skills...looks good...yung texture lang, sa apex ng concave roof, yun lang...the rest is nice.

it is also good when sharing scene, share some context siguro or some necessary things like rendering time, what are you trying to achieve why you are doing this simple scene. and what do you think you achieve or learned from that. usually kasi yung mga simple scenes na to ang nagiging pundayson to study an area on visualization. so it will be really good to give some context on the scene.. enjoy guys...

Salamat sir torvicz. Gawa pa ako ng isa pa, still using scanline ulit, para mas mahuli ko pa ang feel, it's an area where we need to study, kahit di na masyadong ginagamit ngayon. Parang spare weapon lang kung kelangan.

Mga masters at kapwa members,
Post din po ako ng simple scene, SU + Vray 1.05. Mga models galing lahat sa warehouse.
Nagkaroon din po ako ng problema sa wooden flooring kaya opportunity na rin to get a solution.
Kung papansinin nyo po yung lower left side, sa may floor yung dapat reflection ng glass sidetable eh naging white specks na lang. mask ko na lang sya sa photoshop, fake volumetric lights at fake reflection. Ano po kaya naging problema?
Actually dapat din may bump yung floor kaya lang tuwing nirerender ko eh nawawala yung map nya. yung bump na lang ang kita kaya flat na lang with reflection.
Halos default lahat ng settings, vray sky, vray cam. Try ko din po IR + LC tapos nag IR + DMC (output as shown)

sir try mo link ang material,kasi pag minsan may material ka na attached sa model tapos gumawa ka pa ng isa vray material dalawa na sya,di na mabasa ng pag nagrender ka,ganyan din ako dati try mo vraylinkmaterial.
